Gingerbread cake
Our gingerbread cake is made according to a traditional recipe. A part of flour is mixed with hot syrup and left for several days in a special room. After this time we prepare the dough and bake it. Oriental spices and jam which separates two layers of cake give it an unforgetable taste.
